When I received the scooter
When I received the scooter, the box was damaged and the scooter has a crack on the black plastic in front by the wheel. I had sent an email and I haven’t heard anything back.

Frustrated...You may not have a record e-mails that I sent but I have all of them that show when they were sent and eventually responded to ..Again a failed system.
After the repair tech comes to the home and evaluates the chair then he should deal directly with Spinlife.The process now is so messed up.Difficult to get a return response until I had to reach out to a Supervisor.It was like they weren't even reading my e-mails..Very Frustrating. There has to be a better way to get parts for a very good chair. This way sucks.When I was able to reach my parts representative he was very nice but it was difficult to make contact and understand what he needed to get me to order the part.There has to be an easier and better way to do this ordering of repair parts.
