Slow Delivery
I ordered a ROHO cushion on 2 Jul 23, and never got any tracking info. I just called Spinlife and they said the delivery was estimated by 24 July. Three weeks seems like a long time to wait for an important item.

Ordering was easy arrived in 3 days
Ordering was easy. The best part was delivery. We ordered it on Thursday afternoon and received it at noon on Sunday. We used standard ground shipping. Spinlife's catalog of products is boundless. This is the second scooter we've ordered from them in the last two months. We're very happy with our scooters, I bought a Golden Buzz-Around XL S HD that I'm extremely pleased with. The newest addition to our "fleet" of scooters is Pride's Go Go Elite Traveller. Both are 4 wheeled. I must add a caveat about shipp[ng. It appears that Golden uses a different shipping service than Pride because it took 3 attempts to leave the warehouse before the shipper sent the crate to it's correct first stop as a result I didn't receive my scooter until a week later. Spinlife was super fast to initiate shipping both scooter. Pride used Fed Ex to ship the Go Go.

They don't seem to know when my order…
Update: 2 days after "shipping" my order was finally provided to UPS for actual delivery. In the future i would avoid just printing a delivery tracking number and instead provide the tracking number when you actualy deliver an item to UPS. They don't seem to know when my order will ship. Charged my card instantly - then sent me email telling me my shipment was delayed - then sent me a UPS tracking Number that does not track anything. Contacted customer service and they insisted my order had shipped even though UPS says it has not and i have an email from same customer service saying order was delayed but the current customer service says they don't see record on delayed order or any email saying it was delayed.

That put your projected ship date at July 7th. At times our manufactures may ship orders earlier than estimated. You order did ship via UPS on June 28th. It is possible that when you tracked your order on UPS website they may not have scanned the label and updated their website with tracking information.
