I canceled this order
I canceled this order. Yet I received a shipping arrival notice from R an L carriers that it was being shipped and in transit. I specifically canceled the order and was told that it would not be a problem with canceling the very next morning ftom Placing the order In addition RandL we’re going to deliver it to the incorrect address. They were using the address for the credit card not for the ship to information

Great experiences with multiple orders…
Great experiences with multiple orders now so I figured it was time to leave a review. Sometimes I don't feel like going through my DME and Spinlife has decent sales. If you have a insurance paid for rigid wheelchair you'll understand the long wait for repairs when something breaks. I don't like using a loaner so got a self pay backup wheelchair from Spinlife. I got a great price on it plus a discount and when I keyed in something wrong it only took contacting them to have it corrected. I also ordered a cushion recently. Everything comes in a reasonable time. No complaints and I wouldn't hesitate to order again if I need something else and they have the best price.
