My experience was perfect except for…
My experience was perfect except for one thing that they may not have been directly responsible for, but it was a service they offered. I purchased the white glove service and had the worst experience.

Because you, Spin Life, had given an erroneous telephone number to the delivery company we were on hold for many days. I emailed the correct # but your people were still sending us an email telling us that the delivery could not be made because the delivery folks could not reach us but still listing the incorrect #. Your delivery system is very interesting. It seems that the merchandise is delivered to one delivery company and then sent to a 2nd company who is to contact the buyer. I (not your company) finally telephoned the first delivery company and got the phone Number of the other Company and called them.

White Glove deliveries are performed by separate entity from the freight carrier, hence the hand-off.
