Would have like to award 5 stars but issues prevented it. (1) Website was hard to use regarding financing options. Had to make 2 different calls to locate the correct page. (2) was supposed to be called 24 hours prior to delivery. Package just showed up without call.

I've made three purchases from SpinLife, all 3-wheel scooters. I've been happy with all three. My only advice is to order a scooter with the connection on the tiller, higher up and easier to plug in. Also, I ordered one with more foot room, but it made turning into hallways, etc., a little harder since the scooter was a little longer. .

I have sent very detailed already but one of my best change is that the scooter will not move until the charger is off, saves costly repair of electrical pulling. Comfort chair, wonderful sun block and window keeps bugs off my face. Two speeds, I am fine with the 1/2 speed. Rolled up doors of rain cover nice as expecting rain often in Florida.All electrical options that function nice and love the large box on the back for my option. I have had scooters since almost 30 yrs ago.

I love this scooter! This is the second one I’ve ordered (hubby is always first!) and we are very happy with them. Keep them out of the rain or cover with a tarp, and don’t leave your charger outside. Keep charger on battery only until it’s charged. They aren’t meant to be on there 24/7. Enjoy!

I took some time checking prices on the type of replacement batteries needed for my scooter and found that prices varied widely. The batteries purchased from Spin Life were not the best price I found, but when you considered that the price included shipping, it was, by far, the best deal. Received the batteries in less than a week, properly packaged and undamaged. They were no problem to install and work great.

The customer representative was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions.

Delivered before they said. Had a problem w/ another company when they told me their scooter was good for inside and outside. LIED TO ME. after I got it took it outside and carefully took it over handicap curb and bent the small wheels and took back. It was only 1" off the ground. Called them told them I wanted to send back. It was on my $$ expense. They ended up deducted $235.00 total from me because they said their guy never said that to us. It was a EW scooter from another company.Stopped the transaction on my credit card and got my 235 00 back.

I purchased the aluminum ramp from SpinLife.com. This is the 10th time, at least, that i have purchased an item from them and i have never had a problem with any of the items,the purchase procedure or the delivery. The ramp is excellent and my wife uses it at the front door for her scooter. Which i also purchased at Spin Life.
