Your White Glove Service was pathetic
Your White Glove Service was pathetic. The 2 delivery men could not read English & my husband had to instruct them for everything. What a waste of $235. They had never even seen an electric wheelchair. Let alone know how to put one together. My husband & I could have done it ourselves.

We purchased online
We purchased online. After delivery, no help available. The controller is programmable on the wheel chair, but no one has the programmer or the adapter to connect it to your PC to program it. Merit (the manufacture) won’t talk to a user and spinlife thinks they’ve don’t their job getting it to you. So, may your wild jerky ride be fun for you.

Ordered cane holder for a jazzy 14 Elite had power chair received. A cane holder for a go-go scooter . Someone doesn’t know their job.
