Spider FarmerReviews of spider-farmer.com

Best customer service ever period no prolonged process for replacement warranties ..beautiful company I pray you continue to thrive.

Ordered a grow kit in January, the fan I ordered stopped working. Reached out to customer service requesting assistance and was told there was nothing they could do since it had been past 30days since I received the product in question. They claim a 5year warranty, but they don't honor it and they hide any negative reviews posted on their site. Avoid!

Well, I’ve been trying to contact them their phone number I called nobody answers. It says it’s like it’s not a number in service. I messaged them on Instagram Facebook emails no response I ordered just last night but I just seen that my wife put the wrong address, so I tried to correct it before it gets shipped to the wrong person but they’re not contacting me back. Please go to my instagram page and see I let you messages and I emailed you ,please check your instagram I’m johnzcbd559

Ordered 2 items ( in stock ) from their Australian website on 30th March and they emailed to say both items had been shipped. I received the smaller item on 11th April and had to chase them for the larger item. They are now saying the larger item is out of stock and I have to wait until end of month. They offered me 500 points ($5) on my next purchase as compensation. I told them I’m not happy with $5 off next purchase for their poor communication and having to wait 4 weeks for something they showed in stock when I ordered . They have offered me a refund and I have accepted but they have now gone quiet and will not confirm they have processed refund on Out of Stock item. They might be good products but the customer service is very poor.

Disgusting company ordered 3 items delivered 1 out the three, all items was in stock at time of checkout, not to even contact me to say items was out of stock and just ship regardless, than shipping email says they have dispatched all three items and not a partial order, the company is a sham and needs closeing down, contacted support, they said yes out of stock no apology do u still want items in 3 weeks time but not guaranteed some sort jokers, told to pick the lot at there expense and refund , if they do t will just do a charge back on my credit card, update after sending 2 emails asking for partial order to be collected and the whole money to be refunded as the three items work together, once again they have done what they want and just ignored my emails and refunded for the two missing items, I’ve had enough will be doing a charge back on credit card
