Finally found the Spider Farmer EU site and immediately ordered my first LED SE7000. It is an amazing light with super intensity and light spread no need to mention the high quality components 🙏My wish list is filling up and definitely will order more products very soon. 5 ⭐️ out of 5

I should have trust the reviews about them. Trash company from China. No quality, late delivery, no double box

I had an excellent experience with spider-farmers customer service. I had a warranty issue, and they responded quickly, and handled the matter in a timely manner. I look forward to making more purchases with them in the future!

Absolut mieser Kundenservice.

This should've been a no-go, ended up being amazing! Like so many things that happen on the cusp of new developments, the legalization of home-growing in Germany, led to an unexpected inventory Wipeout, that Spider Farmer went into overdrive to maintain constant updates, reassurance and professional, friendly customer service 👍. They accredited for their shortcomings, they remained transparent and kept me up to date, even going as far as to reach out on their own accord.
