I got G5000 last year as my main grow light. As with all their lights, they're rated 50,000 hours. Notice I said "rated"? They won't guarantee it. Because they know so many fail they'd go bankrupt! Loved mine so much, Even have the add on supplement bars. The plants came out wonderful. But, as Murphy's law would have it, thing started flickering couple weeks ago. Slowly got worse. Been trying and trying to get help. Now LEDs are dead and so are my plants, all because they're customer service. I've Honest to god wondered if they have customer service or if it's whoever is closest to the phone, if u feel like answering. Loved the light, hate the way the bus is run. Relative to others they r young company that's only worth 2mill, where as Mars Hydro worth 10mill. You'd think spider farmer would help right away, prove they are a superior company. They're more just a warehouse. They buy generic lights like ones on Alibaba. Then put their logo on and refuse to help, cuz they know nothing, they've never built anything they are a DROP SHIPPER, end of story. They're gonna sink, companies like Viparspectra, rdj bouns are catching up quick!

Also vorab, Produkte sind gut! Allerdings Service und Lieferung eine voll Katastrophe…. Wer Fragen zu Produkten hat, da die Anleitung mehr als nur dürftig ist, steht alleine da…. Warte auf das letze Paket, dann hab ich alles was ich von euch brauche. In Zukunft werd ich nicht mehr mit euren Artikeln nachrüsten, da mir Kundenservice und eine reibungslose, zeitnahe Zustellung wichtig sind. Schade

Almost exactly a year ago I ordered a grow kit from Spider Farmer. The first thing to fail was an oscillating clip fan (stopped oscillating), followed shortly after that by the 6 inch line fan (massive reduction in its power) and the last thing to fail was the 6 litre humidifier (tripped my fuse board/fully dead). The humidifier broke just past the year warranty (during my correspondence with SF) so I get nothing but a shrug for this £60 unit that fee as older. All my failed SF products are less than a year old! I contacted SF on the 12th December 2024 and I’m still yet to receive ANY of the products as replacement. I received a tracking number today for the 6Inch line fan and who knows what will happen about the oscillating fan as they said they are waiting on stock. Awful products. I will not be purchasing ANY more SF products in future. Customer service. Likewise, sub par service. I appreciate that it was Christmas/New year but I feel that the 14 emails that I have sent since the 12 December should have been enough to resolve my issue.

Achtung. Spider Farmer verkauft und versendet oft gebrauchte Sachen . Bei uns 2 mal Lüfter. Beide waren mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren versehen . Ganz vom Controller abgesehen,2 mal bekommen mit Kratzern etc. Sie machen solange guten Support bis man mit einem Problem kommt. Dann sagen sie sie melden sich in 1 2 Tagen damit sie erst und nix kommt. Dann wirst Du tlw richtig verarscht vom Support. Ich hoffe keiner von euch bekommt ein Problem mit seinen Geräten denn dann habt ihr ein grosses Problem. Das was die machen ist schon Masche bei denen. Anscheinend machen sie es vermehrt mit den deutschen Kunden . Gerne kommen sie auch dann mit dem Argument das man das doch in der EU gekauft hat. Liebe Grow gemeind

Bestellt hatte ich ein Komplettset bestehend aus 1x Zelt 90x90x180, 1 x G3000 LED Lampe, 1 × 4-Zoll-Inline-Lüfter, 1 × digitaler Lüftertemperatur- und -feuchtigkeitsregler, 1 × 4-Zoll-Kohlefilter, 1 × Vorfilter, 1 × Flex Air-Aluminiumkanal, 3 × Schlauchschellen zum Verbinden und Sichern von Lüfter und Kanal, 2 × Kanalfilter-Entlüftungsabdeckungen zum Schutz vor Staub und Schädlingen und zur Verlängerung der Lüfterlebensdauer, 2 × Aufhängegurte für Kohlefilter, 2 × Aufhängegurte für Inline-Lüfter, 1x Juwelierlupe, 1x Ventilator Angekommen sind lediglich das Zelt, die Lampe und der Ventilator. Laut Website ist alles zugestellt. Auf meine Reklamation habe ich bisher keine Antwort erhalten. Da die Lieferung sehr schnell ging und die erhaltenen Produkte einen sehr guten Eindruck machen habe ich noch 2 Sterne zu vergeben. Bei Klärung und Nachlieferung werde ich gerne mehr Sterne vergeben. So bin ich erstmal enttäuscht und ärgere mich nun das ganze Klärungstheater mitmachen zu müssen und auf eine Antwort zu warten.

Ich habe ein Ventilator als Teil eines Sets bestellt und war anfangs sehr zufrieden. Die oszillierende Funktion hat gut funktioniert, und der Ventilator war angenehm leise. Doch nach etwa zwei Wochen fing er an, im Sekundentakt ein lautes Knackgeräusch von sich zu geben, was sehr störend ist, besonders in ruhigen Räumen. Leider habe ich bereits mehrfach versucht, den Support zu erreichen, aber bisher keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Das beeinträchtigt die Nutzung erheblich

Last April I bought three SE1000W LED units from Spider Farmer. I really liked the lights, they seemed to work well. I had them plugged into an Autopilot High Power Controller to provide clean, stable power. I used them for one grow, in a greenhouse, and then put them away until the next spring. During that second grow, one of the drivers burned up. I contacted their customer service dept immediately. Right away there were issues because the grammar was off and it wasn't clear what they wanted photos of. After several email exchanges, I provided photos and they agreed to send me a new driver. However, before the replacement shipped, a second driver went bad. I contacted customer service again and they asked for more photos... and this time they asked for videos as well....where I would plug the failed drivers, one at a time, into a known working light (had to show that as well). I had to label everything for the videos and also show that the outlet I was using actually had power to it. They said they'd send me replacement parts (as in TWO drivers). They ended-up sending one driver. There was no follow up on the second. So I contacted them again (we're past a dozen emails by now) they said they had to wait for more parts, which would be another month. I still haven't received the second driver. I went two full months without the use of my Spider Farmer lights....I had to scramble to provide lighting for 8 big plants (to get them thru the flowering stage) . MEANWHILE... one of my HLG lights developed an issue where it wouldn't turn on every morning. I contacted their customer service (1 phone-call), they asked me to provide a copy of the invoice (1 email), the next day they had a whole new unit on its way to me. SF has good lights...but their customer service was horrible. It's easier to deal with issues when there is no language barrier...which you WILL experience with SF.... that's just a fact. I'm not buying any more SF products... I'm going to replace the SF lights with HLG lights. Happy Growing! *UPDATE* I received the second driver.... turns out both replacement units are actually from another one of their models....an SF1000. There is a video that shows how to use the replacement driver in place of the original. Of course they didn't tell me that, or include any instructions....I had to contact them AGAIN to find this information out. Ugh.

One of my $500 lights the driver went bad in 6 weeks and customer service has been extremely difficult to deal with. BUY A BETTER BRAND I WISH I DID.
