AVOID!!! I've ordered a few lights from them, the courier for this parcel left the parcel with a neighbor, which i NEVER agreed to be left anywhere but my address! neighbor doesn't have the parcel. this company has not been helpful in the slightest, keep telling me to look around and check with others which I've done. the haven't fulfilled their contractual duty to deliver goods, or offer a refund or replacement. im not out of pocket and without a product. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

My SF 7000 Spider farmer light quickly broke. Spider Farmer took zero responsibility and they were quick to shift blame to a third party seller for THEIR brand new light that broke. I messaged a Chinese man for a few months with no resolution. I eventually had to stop growing due to the set back. I made the expensive purchase because of Reddit suggestions, I had to come back to warm people that these lights suck, they’re foreign, and if they break you are completely screwed. The 5 year warranty is completely disingenuous and doesn’t hold to them.

Fast delivery with tracking. Super friendly and very helpful support which will contact you via e-mail within a day of your request. High quality products which are definetly worth the price. Package contents are labelled and numbered for a quick and easy assembly. Replacements are available if anything is out of place. Thanks for keeping your promises, you have gained a new customer.
