Ganz mieser Kundenservice. Meine Lieferung wurde laut spider farmer zugestellt nur bis heute habe ich keine lieferung erhalten. Kundenservice antwort alle 24h stunden einmal und ist nicht wirklich hilfreich. Ich warte jetzt bereits 4/5 wochen auf die Liefetung Nicht weiter zu empfehlen!

Everything is great. I ordered a complete grow kit and everything arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately the fan made some noise, but the support was very quick and helpful. Everything else was in perfect order and the products themselves feel high quality. Perfect and recommended for me as a beginner.

Great customer service. They were out of stock on the item I ordered. I emailed them, they were quick to respond and resolve my order. I have no problem with using spiderfarmer again as there products are top quality.

Good communication fast service

First off... even with the high demand, spider farmer did its best to send me my order as soon as possible. The quality of their products surprised me how good they are. I got me the full growtent kit (25"×55"×80") withe the g4500 and a whole lot of other things like a 4" Ventilation System with Humidity and Temperature Controller. Every single thing is the best of the best! I can really recommend it! In addition to that the costumerservice is very polite and they really cared for my concerns. They even offered me several options to communicate. Furthermore they made me gifts like a 6" Clipfan so I have to in my rectangular growtent. I honestly think that spider farmer has the best growtent kit of every company out there. Plus... I am convinced they have the best costumer Service!
