Bought after seeing on Instagram thinking was a uk company. It’s not. It’s in China. Items arrived after nearly 3 weeks. Terrible quality product, nothing like item advertised. Waste of money and when I requested refund they responded via e-mail asking for reason for refund which I provided. I’ve heard nothing more from them. Probably best not to order from Spencer & Co “London” unless you are happy to waste your money.

Worst clothing company out there - total scam Bought under Spencer & co - when recieved & wanted to return the website redirected to HARRISON & HARPER NYC NONE of these places exit !! Only 1 of 2 dresses have arrived - the one that has arrived is not what is shown on website. The length is much shorter- the fabtic is not as advertised & its smaller than advertised. Cant send back as the return cost to CHINA is extortionate.(more then the cost of the dress -TOTAL SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I’m afraid I got sucked in by the flashy website and ordered 2 tops!!! Absolute rubbish. Nothing like the pictures. Sizing is ridiculous. Don’t buy from this company.

Do not shop here!!!! Returns policy is vague at best and you will find yourself receiving shoddy products that have to be returned at your cost to China!!!!! Tracked!!! Obviously at a cost far more than the product. They have caused severe anxiety and distress to my aunt, a pensioner with few funds and a very ill husband, who believed in the ‘of London’ tag and trusted them! The returns address on label was a warehouse in Southall uk but this is not where returns go!!! Shocking and disgusting, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Ordered 100% cotton top in Large and received 100% polyester Small. Really cheaply made. And obviously they don't respond to complaints or requests for a refund. And it's definitely not a UK company, as it took about 3 weeks to arrive.

Delivery 20 days to come (website 5 to 10 days). Very very poor quality, sizes are way out. (So you have to send back for full refund minus the cost you have to pay for to send it back). Customer service terrible. Won't refund monies without paying for the returns back to China. 35% is the max you can get back without sending back the rubbish. Everytime you write an email to this company with your opinions the answers come back the same. Would advise anyone do not buy from this company they are not in the UK, they won't give you where the head office, telephone or country is. Its a Scam company DON'T BUY FROM THEM. 14 day cooling off period doesn't exist. Not worn the garments still in packaging.
