Spencer's used to be a great place
Spencer's used to be a great place, where you could buy quality items and get, at least decent, customer service. I made a purchase, and when my order arrived it was a completely different item than I ordered. I tried using their email, it sent me back a standard "we received your email and will contact you"... Blah blah blah. I never heard back from them, so... Update: After contacting them in three different ways, I was sent the correct item. I have no idea which contact worked, since the only communication I got was an order confirmation. So my thoughts are, either they need to update their contact information, or they saw this review and decided to fix it because of it. I'm still very unhappy that there is no way to just let them know you got a wrong item on the returns page, since it's not a returnable item
