Had a warranty claim that was handled swiftly by friendly and professional staff. Put old device in the mail on Sunday from Ontario, Canada and received a new one on the Friday. Very good service. Thank you Jeanne!

This amazing little device is the best present my Husband has ever given me. I use it as my treat after a long day or in the morning after a sleepless night. My dark under eye circles are barely visible, it’s helped fine lines and the eye area just makes me look rested and bright. It has also helped me during allergy season for my sinuses and my migraines have also been not as intense if I popped my eyetech on at the very beginning. I highly recommend getting one for yourself, you won’t regret it. PS: should you ever be in need of help, Customer Support is outstanding and have always been 100% helpful and caring about their spacetouch clients ❤️

I've had my Spacetouch for over 3 years. I started having problems with it stopping suddenly while in use. To be honest, I was concerned because it was costly and wasn't sure if the warranty would work. I contacted customer support via email and was contacted back immediately. Once they determined that the unit needed to be replaced, they advised the next steps and within a couple of weeks I had a new unit. The customer service team answered each and every email promptly and helpfully. Thank you Spacetouch!!!

Space Touch really stands behind their lifetime warranty! Our Jupiter unit stopped working properly after a couple of years of regular use. Contacted the company and arranged for a return. Promptly got a new replacement unit back in less than a week. Was a very smooth process and gives me much faith in their warranty process. The Jupiter also works great for red and blue light therapies for this skin.

Have been using Space Touch Jupiter device for over 4 years. It's such a wonderful, amazing, advanced LED skincare therapy product, and my skin has improved a lot. Recently, the blue led didn't function properly, I contacted Space Touch customer service. Beyond my expectations, they responded right away and instructed me friendly, patiently to solve the problem via email. When the issue was not resolved, they let me return the device with a FedEx return label and kept me posted each stage we were in. Today, I received a brand-new Jupiter as a replacement. From 1/3/2023, I reported the problem, and up to today 1/16/2023 I received a new device, the whole process only took two weeks, what an amazing, trustworthy company! How efficient and effective the service is! I experienced the whole professional team's customer care! No worries, Lifetime Warranty, I will buy more products from Space Touch! I bought my device in Waikiki while on vacation two years ago although I live in California. While I was using it the other night, I heard a rattle. Immediately, I contacted Space Touch. I shipped and returned the device last Tuesday; they turned around and shipped a new device which I received yesterday, Monday … that was less than a week! Needless to say, I’m really happy with their prompt response and service.
