Hi Erin, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience with Spacejoy. First, we’re glad to hear that you’re happy with most of the designs after the revisions. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the design of your large deck and the communication with your designer. This is not the standard we aim to achieve, and we understand your frustration. We are committed to making the necessary adjustments to meet your expectations. Additionally, we are reviewing our communication processes to ensure that we adhere to our two-business-day response time and provide timely updates about your design submissions and revisions. We understand that our shopping process felt cumbersome, and we're actively working on streamlining this to make it more convenient for our customers. We appreciate your comparison with Havenly and will take your feedback into consideration to improve our service. Your insights about communication, responsiveness, and incorporating your style preferences are invaluable to us as we strive to provide a top-notch experience. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to work on your home designs. We are dedicated to improving and hope to exceed your expectations in the future.
