This company took my money and never delivered the goods or a refund for the items they didn't have. I followed up about a confirmation of my order and they kept telling me my order is being processed. After a month of run around I filed a dispute with my bank. They had the supposed COO of SpaceJoy, Rick, call me. The next day they emailed me saying they would only send my stuff and process my refund after I canceled my dispute with the bank. I have since filed a dispute with the California Attorney General as well as the FTC for their illegal actions.

Don't bother. Couldn't finish a design from 1.5 months of the order date. And when they do, they do not bother to review any of your preferences. The designer uses AI to send messages to you and to send voice recordings to you. Spacejoy is far more expensive than Havenly, and infinitely more expensive than using AI yourself to create similar outputs. A waste of money and time.

Bought a package for living room design, which has certain existing elements that cannot be changed. We asked for designs to be created around these existing elements. The designer completely ignored these, and designed something completely different, that will just not be viable because of the non-movable and non-negotiable existing elements. This made the designs completely useless to us. The requirements were called out when buying the package. They were again called out before the designer started, and designer confirmed they received the requirements and will incorporate those. Design delivery was late, and incorrect. When pointed out that the requirements were not incorporated, and the delivered designs were useless, they said they'll send new designs. Support also said they'll look into this. However, more than 6 weeks on a supposedly 2 week turnaround, and I am still waiting for designs, with the support team and designer awol. Neither the designs have been provided, nor has the money been refunded.

They did not meet a single timeline they gave. Every step was delayed and getting in touch with anyone was so difficult, even though I purchased a package that was supposed to include calls and revisions. Not worth it. Just use chathpt for renderings and designs.

Order expected early Feb. Multiple emails, FB messenger, IG messenger, Pinterest messenger, all zero response. Appalling customer service. Or lack thereof. Will never shop there again. Rubbish experience.

Unfortunately, they didn’t fulfill their end. I was given a credit for furniture, spent time with a designer on a space, selected furniture pieces, paid shipping, and order was never fulfilled. They kept saying they were checking with vendors and giving the run around. They could have been transparent and honest but super disappointed in how they handle their customers. Eventually I received an auto-email to review my order and that it was fulfilled. All lies. Truly unbelievable. What an unprofessional company.

We ordered an item that ended up being out of stock. We initially requested the cancellation of our order on Monday, December 29, used Spacejoy's specific system for requesting the full credit card refund on Monday, January 5, and have now reached February without receiving a refund. Customer service is slow to respond. Do not do business with this company.
