SpacejoyReviews of spacejoy.com

I have tried both Spacejoy and Havenly. Spacejoy is a mile ahead. I've given four stars because Spacejoy takes a very long time to get started but once started, the experience has been great. My designer Hannah was extremely easy to work with and is extremely talented. I am already working with her again on another room.

I tried Havenly, Swatchpop and Spacejoy. Spacejoy was the best in rendering 3D realistic images of my room and the designer i worked with did a good job. Havenly designers are more accessible and get more input from the client but the actual rendering of the design is less realistic. Swatchpop was the worst in designer interaction and final design rendering.

I had a positive experience with Spacejoy. The designer incorporated my wants and needs into the design. With furniture recommendations measured to fit the space, the designs were aesthetically pleasing and practical. I am happy with the process, except for the fact that recommended furniture prices are in US dollars, which can be misleading if you live outside of the US.

I purchased the Euphoria package and worked with Eda. She came up with two initial Design Concepts for my open family room and kitchen. She incorporated my existing kitchen table and sofa table into the design using a floor plan and 3D plan for our new home. Eda understood my style and with a combination of the 2 designs came up with a plan we are completely excited to implement. I would definitely recommend Eda and Spacejoy!

I used spacejoy for my outdoor patio and open dining/living room area. Loved how convenient it is, the 3D visuals that they provide for your design, and the customer service. Lauren was awesome and I finally brought my space to life thanks to her design.

I’ve used Spacejoy twice now, once for a family/dining room and once for a master bedroom. I’m terrible at visualizing, so their 3D designs really help. You get a 360 degree view and they’re able to work in pieces you already have. One caveat is that we had some issues with scale on the dining room design. The designer recommended a light fixture that was way too big for our space and we were unable to return it, so that was an expensive mistake. Check the dimensions of their recommendations very carefully before you buy. The other caveat is that a lot of the items they recommended were sold out. They try to find alternates, but I think so many designers are recommending the same things that they go out of stock really quickly. Anyway, overall good experience and I’d probably use them again.

I loved my design and when I asked about a different furniture layout I received a revision very quickly. I was really disappointed with the shopping aspect. I searched hard for an eDesign service that worked in Canada. Before I purchased a package I read on the Spacejoy website that they were able to service Canada. However when I went to purchase several of the pieces from the design they were at websites that either do not ship to Canada or had exorbitant international shipping fees. Had I known that Spacejoy actually doesn't service Canada I most likely would have continued searching for a Canadian solution.

My designer was wonderful. She worked with me until we came to a design that I loved. My only concern is that many of the items are out of stock or no longer available upon receiving the design. There are many items I would have purchased on the spot had they been available. Aside from that the process was simple, quick and a great experience. I found that things went quicker and smoother upon having direct email contact with the designer.I would suggest having that interaction from the beginning! Thank you!
