I am in the process to order few things to my Studio from Spa and Equipment. I was wondering if anyone feels that it is kind of suspicious, that they require you to send them the copy of your driven license as well as the copy of the credit card you are using for purchase. I have never experienced anything like that. I feel that it is a violations of the privacy, especially sending them my driver license, I need an explanation

Maria went ABOVE and BEYOND for my needs. She made me feel valued, she explained everything in detail, and is the reason why I will shop again with SKIN ACT. Thank you Maria for being so great and helping me with my order!

The customer service was by far great. I liked that they were extremely knowledgeable about the products and assist me with all the help I needed with my machines. It's a trustable company that you can go to even if the warranty had finished. Two thumbs up!

I purchased so many spa equipments from this company. Their quality of the products are always great, the prices are very reasonable and cheaper than any where else and their customer service team is so knowledgeable and nice. I have been working with them for over 10 years now. Hands down the best spa equipment company.

Easy to order but hard to get what you have already ordered and paid for. This company promises to send your equipment/ order when you sign their senseless documents and send payment, but here I am a week later and my order is just sitting there. It's already been processed and they have it ready to ship but just seem to have a trouble getting UPS to pick it up. Don't waste your time especially if you're working with a deadline, they can't meet that expectation.
