This should be a 2 part response. The 1st part 3 stars, the 2nd part 5 stars. I ordered two parts on 2 separate days about 2 weeks apart. The 1st item came 1 week after I received the 2nd item which was delivered very quickly. However on the bright side even though it took several calls to get the part resent, it did finally come very quickly. Also I paid for express delivery for the 2nd item but because they had it in stock they immediately refunded the extra delivery charge. I do believe that the item got lost in transit, and I would definitely use them again.

I ordered the Mirrage electric spa table from Spa and Equipment. I like it because it is wider and quieter than other electric table models I've seen. It is a quality table. When I called after two weeks to check on the order, they were very polite and helpful. They let me know the status of the shipping and what to expect. The reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is that they weren't proactive in keeping me informed about what to expect. Otherwise, it was a seamless experience. I will buy from them again.

I was so excited about this chair. This was quite an investment being on the pricer side but I was ready to sacrifice if it would help my neck/pain in the long run. It's very comfortable. When I took it out of the box I was however disappointed that there was no instructions what so ever in the box. If I'm paying always $300 for a stool I would like a warranty card and instructions to make sure I didn't miss anything.

I love this chair, great value. I will be ordering a second one and I will not hesitate to order from this site. I had a question about the stool and I texted them a message and a real person called me to answer my question, you don't find customer service like this very often.

Bought a new Cleo pedicure chair.. Excited when I got it.. Started hooking everything up and realized it didn't have a drain pump on it!!!.. Make sure you order a drain pump unless you have a drain in the ground.. Other than that everything was good.. Love the chair!!

This is a good machine.

I ordered from another company out of Sacramento and they didn't stand behind their cheap, made in China products. An employee at that Sacramento company used my credit card info to order pizza and had it delivered to their home. Lol Decided it was time to find a new company so I used spa and equipment that I found on the internet. I've ordered a few times and only had a problem with one thing but they fixed it immediately. Ed went above and beyond to satisfy this customer. I will continue to do business with this company because of him!!!
