Hi Erin, We are always striving to ensure we have transparent communication with our clients. We have detailed videos posted with each item on our website to help our clients reach a decision on which unit would be the best fit. Furthermore our agents are always on standby to answer any questions prior to finalizing an order. Our videos talk about the ticking noise versus if you go with digital then there isn’t. In the end our goal is to make sure you are happy and to help you out towards the cost, Ryan even offered to waive the 15% restocking fee that we charge on all returns. You were unhappy with the option and we have since made countless attempts calling you, leaving voicemails and even texting to see if we could offer more but have had no luck, I would suggest that you give us a call at your earliest convenience and we will be happy to work with you.

Lesha, I would like to start by thanking your for not only sharing your feedback but shopping with us. I reviewed your account and see the multiple orders you have placed with us. We always strive to provide the best customer service experience to each and every customer as you may have noticed in shopping with us the multiple times you have placed orders with us. The unfortunate thing is that when we ship an item, we cannot guarantee that the shipping carrier is 100% carefully handling the packages. Since that is out of our control, we advise every client to remain “worry-free” if anything is damaged as we will immediately reship a new order out. As far as the delivery process, we have a video at checkout that every client has to acknowledge before proceeding that explains that “delivery is curbside and that the drivers cannot enter the facility”. We offer White Glove Service shipping with a different shipping company which we also offer at checkout at an additional cost. In the future if should you be interested in that type of delivery we are happy to run a quote for you.
