Soundcloud for Artists Stole more than 4000$ of My Revenue @ I opened a Soundcloud Artists distributing service account and launched my first music. It soon became a hit in TikTok and in a matter of months I went from 200$ to 1400$, this is when SoundCloud with the knowledge they had to pay me blocked my account, under the pretense of "abnormal streaming activity including botting or fake streams". They didn't notify me that they blocked the account, and charged me an 11$ fee that they usually do a couple of days later, so I didn't notice until a friend of mine pointed out that the song is gone from Spotify. It was gone on the 28th of March 2023. I received a 200$ payment on the 28'th of April, they blocked my account on the day that they had to pay me, and they froze my income which I can now see 1300$, so they are still getting the money from Spotify cause they are a middleman so they are getting thousands for my work. And they terminated me without a clear reason without an email without any sort of info, and after escalating my case they send me a completely generic email without any care to reply anymore with proof or explanation they are pure THIEVES AND SCAMMERS and lord help me I used SoundCloud for years to listen to music, never could have I imagined them being like this, preying in their client's nostalgia. NCNCNC I am not a beginner in music I have other music with other distributors which I choose after I carefully tried and worked with them for years, this is pure horrendous to imagine new artists starting their careers in SOUNDCLOUD their nostalgic place, and getting Wrecked when they steal all your revenue from your new hit song that goes viral in social media. They stole 1300$ This month, and more than 2700 in the next to months because the payment system starts to pay you after 3 months of streaming.

I paid for SoundCloud Artist. For two weeks could not distribute my music because Soundcloud's uploader did not work. They only fixed it when I took out a Paypal dispute. When tracks were eventually distributed, Soundcloud applied separate Spotify profile URLs to each track. When I spotted this and wanted to change them all to the correct URL, there was no option to edit. On the advice of Spotify I asked Soundcloud to fix the metadata issue, but received no response to any of my messages. Even after this, I still have no access to two thirds of the features I had paid for, including promotion on Soundcloud and Communication with Fans. The site is seriously flawed and their support virtually nonexistent. I have sent numerous emails to support but get nowhere. Going to cancel this tomorrow and refund through Paypal. Cannot recommend this "cowboy" service. Will try a more reputable site next.

Ce site est une arnaque complète ! Après 10 ans d inscription dessus ils ont supprimé mon compte (payant en plus!) Sous prétexte de droits d auteurs alors que je ne publiais que des remixes réalisés par mes soins (comme 75% des publications sur cette plateforme) Je n en faisais pas commerce ni de revenus publicitaires, juste une toute petite communauté qui appréciait mon travail. Même pas de lien pour récupérer mes publications, des centaines d heures de travail perdues. C est scandaleux ! Quand au service client , c est une catastrophe, déjà quasi impossible de trouver facilement de quoi contacter un humain, seuls des chats robots éclatés au sous sol qui pigent rien et répondent à côté de la plaque. Les likes ne sont apporté que par des brouteurs ou des faux profils. A FUIR ABSOLUMENT. D apres d autres avis ils continuent à prélever même après qu ils aient clôturé votre compte. Je vais essayer de faire opposition et je vous invite à en faire de même avant qu il ne soit trop tard (pensez à télécharger vos créations avant au besoin car ne comptez pas sur eux pour vous les fournir après coup alors que c est une obligation)

Ich habe das NextPro abboniert und sofort bereut. - sehr viele Bugs - viele tools funktionieren nicht richtig - promote on soundcloud geht nicht!! Und das schlimmste: Customer service antwortet nicht!! Extrem schlecht für ca. 60€ im Jahr

So.. i deleted my account, but for some reason they still choose to renew my subscription. Paypal didn't care, and so do soundcloud with their auto-generated bot answers on mail. No help to get to get your money back. I cannot recommend a platform like this, and neither for artists due to lack of royalties collection.

If I could put a zero I would. I tried to sign up for SoundCloud go+ but I never received the upgrade. I’ve been paying for at least two months on something I haven’t received. When I try to contact support, there is no support. Just a bunch of prompts that are not helpful what so ever.
