Inexistent support, no answers after months of waiting for updating release and an issue with claims, doesnt matter how many tickets you open, won't get any answer. Neither on Instagram. If a company this big offers something they don't even handle, I think they should be sued for closure. So dissapointed and very happy not to have most of my releases with SC.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Repeatedly charging even though I have cancelled. Madness, needs to be reported. Rude team, absolutely ridiculous. Poor customer service, based on the other reviews, seems like it is a pervasive issue

DO NOT USE THEIR DISTRIBUTION SERVICE IN ANY EVENT They will block your account, say that you have violated copyright, and you will never know what exactly you violated and who complained about you. Support simply ignores or responds with templates to you as bio-garbage that they do not want to communicate with you. THEY LITERALLY BRAZENLY DEMAND THAT YOU DO NOT WRITE TO THEM AND DO NOT WANT TO RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM AND HELP. This is complete bestiality. At the same time, they do not withdraw the earned money, as any self-respecting company should do when closing your account. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I paid for their service, SoundCloud dj, which did not work. They provide no support and don't respond. They advertise you can play tracks offline. You can't. It's full of bugs, and I downloaded the tracks in Rekordbox, and it will not play the tracks when I am offline even though the ways say they are offline. I also can't remove and redownload them, which creates an error. So the service does not work, and their support is nonexistent.

Soundcloud has been charging my account repeatedly, ignoring my cancellation and emails regarding the issue. There is no option to get in touch. It looks like a scam.

I was charged without a notification when I was not aware that I am on a subscription plan, contacted support immediately after I was charged. One week later, I have received an email saying I am still on a waiting list and they have too many support requests about billing. I am still waiting for their response. . .
