I am freaking out.
I am an avid online shopper. I saw souk + SEPIA a few times. I am responsible for styling our team of 312 performers. Their designs are for the bold and eclectic which I love. However I was so excited to see two pieces that I placed an order right away. I did not notice that there was no ship date. Now I am freaking out from the reviews and seeing the same pieces on Ali express and other sites for a fraction of the cost. I really hope I receive my order in time for our performance and the quality is as beautiful as the website suggests. This is a real review my order number is 103774

Greetings, Tanya! We utterly respect the work you do, being responsible for a massive group of professionals is not an easy task. We are sorry for causing you to freak out. We never meant to make you feel this way, but we do understand the reason behind your worries. I'd just like to clarify that souk + SEPIA orders take 3 to 15 business to ship and we are still in the first week in processing. Once it ships out, you shall receive an email notification. As per the items being sold in other similar sites, the reason for this is because, as a fashion marketplace with an operating online, directly with merchants, artisans and suppliers who also happen to work with other businesses (i.e AliExpress, Shein, etc). We have no control over our partners` relationship with other businesses as we do not plan to lock them in an exclusive relationship with us so that they`re free to hustle. What we can definitely guarantee you though is that we hold them all accountable for any poor quality items they send to our customers by black listing them from our suppliers/merchant roster. In addition, should you find these items from any one of our suppliers unsatisfactory we`ve made sure that our returns process is easy and our return portal user-friendly, so that you can send these items back and give you the resolution you prefer fast. We even just recently set up Return Bars/Kiosks near you where you can drop-off your returns where ever you are in the country! And, yes, it`s also true that the prices of our products may be higher than those in other stores on the internet, but we can absolutely guarantee that our products offer advantages that you will not find in a cheaper alternative. As a general rule, we try to keep our prices linked to the overall experience with souk + SEPIA and this includes, but not limited to, better technology, fashion board creation, and better customer service for our tribe.
