I have several items from this company, and looking for more! Unfortunate to hear of the bad reviews because I had NO problems at all and continue to get numerous compliments when I wear their garments! Readers, take all reviews with a grain of salt...satisfied customers RARELY take the time to post about their good experiences, I am sure the positives outweigh the negatives.

I received my order confirmation email but never saw a shipping email (unless it was in spam), so I was concerned about shipping but I got a pleasantly unexpected “Out for delivery” email today! My order looks and fits perfectly!

Good evening, Barbara! We are truly sorry to hear about your current situation. As fellow online shoppers, we are familiar of the anxiousness caused by these moments. Feeling doubtful is only natural when these things occur, but it looks like a refund has been successfully processed per your request. For your next order, we are confident we can do you better this time. Don't we all deserve second chances after all? Especially once our warehouses in CA and NJ are up and running, we have no doubt everyone will appreciate it! We hope to see you around when these changes happen. This is all dedicated to The Tribe! I’ve been aware of Souk & Sepia for some time and follow them on FB and Insta. I finally decided to order something during a sale back around the end of Feb 2022. I noticed the site mentioned shipping delays, which was fine because I didn’t need my items right away anyways. It’s now April abs still haven’t received a shipping update, so I reached out via email. I received a very thorough and apologetic email from Yhen who was very helpful and offered a partial refund on one of my final sale items, and a discount code for a future purchase. The response even mentioned they would prioritize my order and try to send it out sooner. So far I can only speak on the customer service side, but I’m looking forward to receiving my items.

Hello Yanna, We're very sorry to hear about the shipping delay you've experienced. It's almost inevitable for shipping delays to occur during these strange times, but thankfully, Yhen has handled the situation with the right amount of care and attention that it deserves. We're excited to receive your feedback on the item's side of things as receiving praise on the customer service side is one thing while receiving good feedback for our pieces is another. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you. Praying that you receive the items soon! Love the quality and unique styles of the clothes. Excellent customer service. Only two concerns - items are not true to size and shipping time frame is long- please consider the option to charge for express shipping.

Hi Fiona, Thank you for writing in! Thank you for stepping forward and leaving us a fair review. We wish we could have given you an experience worthy of 5 stars, but we will always keep working to earn that! Souk + SEPIA is in the process of overhauling its partner merchants and looking to ship up to 100% of orders from inside the US to dramatically cut shipping times and result in a better shopping experience for our dear customers. As per the sizing, we offer returns for items that do not fit you. We also can process a refund afterwards, back to the card you paid with or in the form of store credits. All you have to do is ask and we are always ready to do it for you! With Gratitude, —The souk + SEPIA Customer Gratitude Team E: [email protected] W: www.soukandsepia.com IG: @soukandsepia

Let me first speak on the customer service!! Especially Carla, she is truly a gem!! Very genuine and her customer service is awesome. I made a purchase on two items in February not knowing they was backed ordered. After not receiving my order I reached out to customer service. Within hours Carla, reached out and was very transparent with me about my order and how long it would take for me to get it. Unfortunately I had to get a refund due to the items arriving after my event. But nonetheless all wasn’t lost. She refunded my money back and blessed me with a discount on my next order. Yes, I said next order. I’m a firm believer in second chances. And I will definitely order against with the hopes I don’t pick an out of stock/back order item. Again, thank you Carla, for all you do!!

The clothes on this site... 🔥 Shopping The site was pretty easy all the way through. I was excited to wear the jacket I purchased for a special night out, but unfortunately the shipping didn't happen in time (about a month). I contacted customer service, and this is when they really went over the top in my book. Carla was kind, courteous, and professional the whole time. She took my order number, conducted a search, and then refunded my money and added a discount code with an update sharing they are in the process of enhancing their delivery services. While i didn't get the Kayonza coat I was hoping to wear, I totally will shop there again and recommend them to others. Also, before shipping with them, I browsed their about page and loved what I read, so glad it seems to match up!
