We are sorry that you still have not received an update for your order, but I'd just like to clarify that, just as Yhen has informed you on your interaction on the 29th of November, our order processing takes 3 to 15 business days. Since your item was ordered on the 21st of November, there should only be a couple days more left until it ships out. You need not worry, as we are a legitimate company and you'll be receiving a tracking link via email when it ships out, if this helps ease your mind even a little.
