Over the last decade we've gone through multiple companies to help us manage our ads on Amazon. Sophie Society is our 5th attempt to work with outside help. And finally, we can honestly say that our account is now in good hands with Chris Pollock. He has done what no other could do thus far; higher bottom line profitability. He brings new knowledge to the table, is super easy and fun to work with and it's great discussing and debating how to push onwards. We're greatful and are excited to see where this can go!

Working with Santino Lucangeli and the team at Sophie Society has been a great experience for our Amazon business. Their PPC strategy goes far beyond just increasing sales—they focus on true profitability and long-term brand growth. Since implementing their approach, we’ve seen stronger ad performance, better control over our ad spend, and a clearer understanding of how to scale without sacrificing margins. What really stands out is how they balance increasing revenue while improving profitability, which is something many agencies struggle to deliver. They take a data-driven approach, continuously optimizing campaigns while aligning everything with brand-building goals—not just short-term wins. If you're serious about growing your Amazon business the right way, with a focus on both profit and brand development, I highly recommend Sophie Society and Santino.

I have been working with Chris and Ziad for a number of months now and the experience has been fantastic! Their communication is clear and great to work with. We are getting results month on month and I am excited about our journey together going forward to achieve all our goals!

Had a great time working with Chris and Ziad. They are both very knowledgeable about everything Amazon and I hope to continue growing with them!

I’m being assisted by Santino, who is taking my account to the next level. With his help, he covers many details and adjustments across my account, and he is always fully available and willing to help. It’s clear that he has strong knowledge of PPC and Amazon. And whenever something goes beyond his area of expertise, he seeks support from his own team. Step by step, he is helping take my account to a new scale. I’m grateful to Sophie for having professionals of this caliber on her team.
