I didn't have anything but I was being approximate all my stories my debit card always is declining

Sophie has been a tremendous partner over the past year with Patryk taking the lead on my account, teaching, testing and guiding me through this new adventure. He has been receptive to feedback as well as provided an open window for us to collaborate on different tactics. Great company, people and asset to the digital business environment.

I’ve been working with Patryk from Sophie Society for a while now to manage my Amazon business in the UK, and the results have been nothing short of stellar. Total Reliability: I don't have to chase him for updates. He’s proactive, transparent, and handles the "Amazon headaches" before I even notice they’ve happened. If you’re looking for someone who actually knows the UK marketplace inside and out and treats your business like their own, ask for Patryk. Truly top-tier service from the Sophie Society team.

I have been working with Patryk at Sophie Society for over a year, and I truly cannot say enough good things about both our working relationship and the progress we’ve made in improving our sales and advertising efficiency. From the very beginning, Patryk has felt less like an account manager and more like a genuine business partner—someone who is just as invested in our success as I am. That level of ownership is rare, and it has made a meaningful difference in how we approach our Amazon business. While his expertise in PPC advertising and campaign management is exceptional, what really sets Patryk apart is how far beyond that he goes. He consistently provides thoughtful guidance on improving our product listings, refining copy and graphics, and even suggesting well-timed promotional strategies. His recommendations are not generic—they are tailored, strategic, and clearly based on experience. He is also highly communicative, responsive, and proactive. I always feel informed, supported, and confident that our account is being carefully managed and optimized. Thanks to Patryk’s efforts, we’ve seen meaningful improvements not only in performance metrics but in our overall understanding of how to grow and manage the business more effectively. I highly recommend Patryk and Sophie Society to anyone serious about improving their Amazon advertising and building a stronger, more efficient brand.

Patrick is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is a true professional who brings a high level of expertise to everything he does. His work has made a real impact on my Amazon business and advertising performance. What I appreciate most is the peace of mind he gives me knowing my account is managed at the highest level. I truly feel like I’m in great hands.

When Patryk of Sophie Society took over my PPC, I had just fired another company who had run my business into the ground after 2 1/2 months. My listings were a mess (they had "updated" them), images had the wrong sizes on the infographics, the wrong images were paired with the wrong variations, etc., returns had skyrocketed, and my sales were lower than they had been in 4 years resulting in overstocks that had high storage fees. My contribution margin was negative. I had to pour personal money into my business to pay the bills. Over the last 4 months, he's pull me out of the negative and is increasing my contribution margin toward my goal. He's very easy to work with, helped find the outpoints in my listings and offered suggestions for improvements. It's been a joint effort re-establishing my brand but with Patryk's help, I believe my goal is possible. I can't really express what that means to me . . . I had thought I was going to lose everything.

At this point in my e-commerce career, I think its fair to say I have experience not only in the field but with working with different agencies and media buyers. There are far more duds then there are good ones... Sophie has been a homerun for me. My media buyer, Patryk, is absolutely stellar. Knowledgeable, driven, inventive, experienced and organized. While I have had to hire and fire many that failed to meet basic expectations, Patryk has exceeded what I needed out of an account manager. That's probably why were going on a year without an end in sight. If you are debating whether to hop in or not, I would say do it. If you can find an account manager half of what I have found with Sophie, you'll be in a good place. I feel safe saying they know how to recruit strong members for their staff.
