I've really enjoyed working with these guys. I took one of their semi-annual PPC masterclasses (they call it the "PPC Challenge"). Really interesting and deeply thought out strategies for PPC and listing content. After seeing their knowledge and processes in action during the challenge, I decided to sign our brand onto their service in October of 2024. Here we are on May 30, 2025 and I am completely satisfied with their work. I work directly with my account manager, Richard, who is super knowledgeable and excellent at catering their proven strategies to our product lines. I also work hand in hand on a daily basis with Darryl, who is an ace of a team member who is intimately working with our ads and data day-in-day-out. Richard and Sophie Society's strategies being flexible to adapt to our unique products is probably the thing that makes them stand out above the other agencies that we'd tried working with and had to cut ties. While most others seem to try for a one-size-fits all approach in our experience, Sophie Society seems whole-heartedly dedicated at finding how to best mesh those tactics with our products. Working alongside these guys feels so much more like a partnership than just an agency that you'd hire. They advertise themselves that way, and they 100% deliver on that.
