We're so happy to have found Sophie Society! We've sold on Amazon since 2016 and are the manufacturer of our products with Brand Registry. While we struggled for years with Amazon ad campaigns, our rep Santino has been able to get us more organic, i.e. free, sales. The new content for our listings is 1000x better than what we had in place. We're especially impressed at how Santino put the work in to understand our niche products and what makes them unique in relation to our closest competitors, even working to know the science behind them. He's an absolute joy to work with and feels like family at this point. So if you're on the fence about using Sophie, our recommendation is "go for it"! Don’t fall for their fancy advertisements or fake numbers they show to attract, they are just marketing skills. If you are already selling, then avoid them at all cost as there is no magic with them. Focusing only on PPC is not helpful, I learned an expensive lesson.
