Am very surprised and slightly suspicious of all the 5 stars here....Sohpie promise so much but have delivered very little. After 3 months and being told I was about to change for the third time, my account manager, I decided enough was enough. In fairness, the second agent did get my sales from around £10,000 per month up to nearly £16,000 which was very impressive, this was done mainly by setting up numerous campaigns which I wasn't aware even existed so credit there. Unfortunately my profit margin went from around 18% to approximately 6%! So loads more sales, which required more funds to purchase the stock but loads less money from the lower profit to do so! With the new lower profit margins and their £750 fee, I was basically running the business for nothing. So many promises made to get me to sign up and none of them materialised. VERY good salesman and will tell you everything you want to hear, unfortunately I fell for it. I also then recommended them to a friend as he was just starting his Amazon journey, he has now also cancelled his contract as spent an absolute fortune on PPC with an ACOS of around 50% and ROAS of around 1.4, after 2-3 months! Have given 2 stars as they run a ridiculously cheap training zoom course which is full of great information. I suggest you do the course and learn from that and run the PPC yourself. Such a shame as had such great hopes and was promised the world, I guess that should have been a clue... IN SUMMARRY: Both myself AND my friend have both had a bad experience here and wasted a few thousand pounds but everyone else here has left 5 stars?...I'll let you decide why that might be

We joined Sophie in late December 2025 after launching our first product on Amazon. We had an onboarding call with our PPC strategist Adam Turner and created a clear plan on how to grow our brand, increase our sales and manage our advertising. Adam set clear goals and helped us to understand the best ways in which to grow our brand successfully. A weekly/bi weekly call was scheduled to keep us updated and to show us how things were progressing. After Adam Turner was given a promotion within the company we were reassigned to Oliver Cooper to continue our journey with Sophie. Oli quickly introduced himself to us and we discussed both our goals and his goals for our brand. We receive weekly updates from Oli outlining our achievements and what we need to work on to keep growing but to stay profitable. Our experience with Sophie so far has been very good and we hope to continue achieving our goals and growing our brand.
