You guys lied to me
You guys lied to me , I still haven’t received my pay you guys should of just been honest and told me I had to wait till December period

Hi Marco! I'm so sorry to hear that you were misled on when your payment would be processed. We have a strict deadline that we have to adhere to by our Accounting Team so that they have time to review all payment methods and tax information prior to our distribution day for each quarterly royalty payout. If any details are added or validated past that deadline communicated, it is not guaranteed that payment will be processed for that quarter. This is why we recommend updating your payment and tax information when you first onboard and set up your account! That said, we do hope to meet and exceed your expectations moving forward.

It would be nice to be able to en…
It would be nice to be able to enter the album instead one song at a time.. but I understand the process it’s just more difficult for the single parent..

Hi Marcus, Thanks for sharing your feedback! While we understand the ease of adding a full album all at once would be ideal, we actually work on a song by song basis and require song level details to accurately collect on each work. We ask for each specific song title and the corresponding metadata as this is the best sure-fire way to receive royalties for each individual work. The song-by-song level administrative approach is also useful for clients who may only want to collect on certain songs as opposed to a full catalog or album.
