I was skeptical at first, as I’m really picky with who I choose as my therapist, and just picking someone off the internet, sounded crazy to me. My previous therapist retired after me seeing her for 12 years, starting over sounded like a nightmare. I searched and came across SonderMind. They made navigating easy, because next I know I was searching for my best fit! I’m 3 sessions in now and I have walked away from each one feeling better than before! I think I found my fit!

He not only listened to what I say, he understands and tries to help me in the ways he can. I'm very lucky to have going him.

If I could give no stars. I would. I was charged for a session that I wasn’t even on. I waited on the therapist to call and nothing! This was two weeks ago. And they have not refunded me. You have no way to call just contact us by email. Good freakin luck! These ppl should not be helping anyone. Much less for someone with depression.

Ed Green was a wonderful therapist for me. He designed a plan of treatment on our first visit. He was spot on when he developed the goals for our sessions. Initially, I was reluctant to delve into my problems with family relationships and hard issues. He sorted each subject out and I was able to look at these events with new understanding. When I would deviate from focusing on issues, he would assist me to review things I had seldom spoken of. As time went on and I felt better, stronger and able to set boundaries, he would applaud my progress. We would continuously review goals and would tackle the next issue. I am a much stronger person, realizing the traps and reasoning others in my life had controlled and guilted me for. I learned to set boundaries and understand that I could avoid the control of others I had felt most of my life. Ed decreased our visits and we jointly agreed that I did not need therapy for these issues anymore. I know he is there if I need him and I feel secure knowing he is available for his clients as needed in difficult times. I had had therapy in the past for the same relationship issues, in the end, I always felt I was talkingt to a friend, but never any tools to evolve. I was told by a relative and a friend about Ed. It was the best thing I have ever done for myself. I appreciate our sessions.

Super sketchy. Sent a message to customer support with an insurance question that never got answered after three days, and then when I had my first video session the technology didn't work. If you're in the business of caring for people's mental health, you really need to do a better job.

The counseling is done with the expectations that you work at your own pace but work on yourself.

I am extremely satisfied with my therapist and being able to work with her using SonderMind. She has been extremely helpful in my therapy journey.
