Appalling printer. Accessories are ludicrously expensive. Our small business probably spends 1000.00 a month on ink! And then the drum randomly decides to need replacing so the printer stops working with no warning. It's also impossible to use generic ink cartridges as the printer recognises these are knock offs and stops working. I will never again buy a brother printer.

My Brother Laser Printer HL-L3300CDW, started printing a red streak on every print. This was back in February. They recommended a new ink tank and roller bars. Bought both for a total of $200. Did not fix the problem. It is still under warranty. Called back 6 more times, 3 months later, I still have no fix or replacement printer. Customer service is disheartening. I even tried to phone their corporate offices. Bottom line: No One Cares! Stay clear of Brother products!!

Mittlerweile ziemlich schlechte Produkte und der Kundenservice ist noch schlechter. Die Funktion der Software ist sehr schlecht mit Apple Produkten. Oft Abbrüche, Tinte ist schnell leer. . Einfach nur schlecht und ein Stern ist schon zu hoch gegriffen. Nie wieder Brother-Produkte.

Ich möchte nur in Schwarz/Weiß drucken, dass ist aber mir Brother Druckern nicht möglich. Man muss immer alle Farbpatronen drin haben, die dann austrocknen und auch regelmäßig gewechselt werden müssen, obwohl man sie nicht nicht nutzt! Das ist schädlich für die Umwelt und und Geldverschwendung.

I bought a toner in the Brother official shop, 5 days ago they sent me the bill, but no delivery email, no toner received no nothing. I wrote to the support system, they were totally unhelpful and now I have to wait 4 more days until they phone me (if they actually phone me). In the meantime I can't print anything at home. I ordered the same toner in Amazon, 25% cheeper, one day delivery. Then they will complain that people don't buy local.

Purchased a Brother MFC-J4355DW printer . . . set up so difficult that outside assistance was required . . . downloaded the software to operate the device . . . can print. . . wanted to scan a document and the printer is saying that the software is not loaded onto the PC .. . need outside assistance to figure it out .. . will not be purchasing another Brother device . . . . too much time wasted trying to figure it out

Ich bin extrem enttäuscht vom Kundenservice und der gesamten Abwicklung bei Brother Industries. Ich habe meine Bestellung bezahlt und mir wurde zugesichert, dass die Lieferung innerhalb von 1–2 Werktagen erfolgen soll. Nach mehreren Tagen war die Ware immer noch nicht angekommen. Telefonisch wurde ich lediglich vertröstet mit der Aussage, dass sich die zuständige Abteilung melden würde – passiert ist danach nichts. Besonders kritisch finde ich außerdem die Preisgestaltung. Während auf der offiziellen Seite eine einzelne Druckerpatrone über 60 € kostet, habe ich vergleichbare Patronen bei Amazon im Doppelpack für deutlich weniger Geld gefunden. Das hinterlässt bei mir das Gefühl, dass Stammkunden hier massiv überteuert einkaufen sollen. Kundenservice bedeutet nicht nur verkaufen, sondern auch erreichbar sein, Probleme ernst nehmen und zugesagte Lieferzeiten einzuhalten. Genau das habe ich hier leider vermisst. Ich werde dort definitiv nicht mehr bestellen und empfehle jedem, Preise vorher genau zu vergleichen und sich bewusst zu machen, wie mit Kunden umgegangen wird, wenn Probleme auftreten.
