Product is great, shipping just took a while.

Need a part for my shower buddy. I had to contact their office to make sure I was getting the correct part. The staff was more then helpful. When the parts arrived they were correct. The staff even told me step by step how to change the back of the chair. thank you people of Shower Buddy. Keep up the great work!

I suppose the slow shipping was the main disappointment, followed closely by a 2000+ shower chair having 1 wheel/brake go bad and having to pay 100 + shipping, for 1 replacement wheel?. You should know that our insurance didn’t cover this chair but glad we have it. I take it back, needing the wheel was worse than shipping.

The sales rep was very quick in responding to my questions about ordering the particular item I needed. Could not have made things any easier for me.

They sold me a commode bucket for my SB2T but no one at my nursing home can figure out how to put it on the chair.

it was the best bath chair for disabled people in my opinion

My shower chair somehow lost a foot plate during a hospital trip so I called SB and spoke with Oscar. He suggested continuing the call on FaceTime so he could see the part I needed. He then checked on its availability (it was from an older model), did some problem-solving and figured out how to make it work for my chair, and made sure the replacement part was shipped out that afternoon. It could not have been easier, thanks to Oscar.

SB2T2 - My husband is 220 lbs. The tilt is difficult to use because of his weight. The chair, with him in it, leaves no space to keep all the water from the hand spray inside the tub, some water does come onto the floor of the bathroom. However, he has privacy. We were showering him on our back lanai. Oscar assisted before the purchase and was very helpful. Set up was easy.
