The ease of the pruchase was great and…
The ease of the pruchase was great and the speedy shipping was great. 5 stars! But I am dissapointed in the product. It is not a cushioned seat. It is the same material as the basic adult except 2 inches high, not a softer seat at all. I was expecting something different.

Thanks for the review and feedback. Our closed cell cushions are the same density regardless of size and directions. We do have a foam cushion wrapped in vinyl which is softer but not the same quality. We are exploring a softer closed cell cushion.

Customer service is really helpful!
Customer service is really helpful! I work at a nonprofit and we donated this item to a woman who was recently paralyzed in an accident and her insurance didn't cover this item. Thanks Shower Buddy!

Finally got stabilizer tubes long…
Finally got stabilizer tubes long enough to fit the base into my tub. Thanks so much! The only problem was one of the tubes did not have the spring inside with the button to lock it into the base.

Amazing customer service— we had cut…
Amazing customer service— we had cut our cable (which disables the tilt function which I need) and they were wonderful about getting the replacement shipped overnight!
