This is a review of our purchase experience and not a review of the product. We have not had it long enough (about a week) to do a product review. Prior to ordering the bathlyft online from ShowerBuddy I spoke to team member Emmanuel. He answered all of my questions and concerns. I had a lot of them. He was very patient, very pleasant, and made me comfortable dealing with them. The bath lyft was shipped immediately and I received it in six days (Calif. to western Pa.). The product was boxed sufficiently to prevent shipping damage and there were no delivery issues. I had an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to order from them again. I am a physical therapist and my husband and recently became a paraplegic. I purchased the shower buddy for use over the toilet and in and out of the shower. I had some problems with the standard seat causing pressure marks on his bottom. I sent an email and they were extremely responsive - sent me out a different seat that is working perfectly. I would highly recommend the product and the customer service. I will definitely recommend it to my colleagues for use with their patients

The Shower Buddy is a great product for us! My husband lives with ALS so we depend on wheels and lifts to get him around. A very minor part was broken so I called to order a replacement. The staff at Shower Buddy helped my identify the part, how to order it and got it in the mail ASAP.

The lift was easy to install and my wife is thrilled to able to take a bath again. She loves it but wished it was a little lowered in tub but it will work. I like it because I don’t have to worry about her getting out of tub, so I would certainly recommend it. Well worth the money. Thanks

We bought this for our 94 yr old mother, she hasn't taken a bubble bath in years thank you for this.

Their product is unbelievable when it works but I have ordered my second release cable. I would like to see a cable that will last longer. Having to override the cable has been extremely difficult

I do enjoy my Shower Buddy because it allows me to take a bath, which I prefer in cold weather. I severely broke a leg one year ago and would still have a problem getting up and down to bathe without the Shower Buddy.

Horrible product that we are stuck with. The cost is unbelievable for the legs and wheels. We have had to replace two wheels in roughly 3 years, and one leg. Also, the leg is $120 and shown with the wheel. So they pulled a fast one on me and only gave me the leg for $120. This is needed for my son, so I guess I have to pay. If your looking for equipment.
