I did not feel they were helpful, prepared paperwork but did not help when it came to providing recommendations based on my circumstance. I hired an attorney, they were able to help me through the process. The document filed did not help with this case.

I could give ZERO stars if it was possible. Used this “service” for 2 different credit cards collection. First one, paid for Answering and Motion to Compel Arbitration on 11/12/2024. 2- A debt settlement on 01/07/2025. With the 1st one: Today is February 7th, and they haven’t done anything, I tried getting an update and they couldn’t even provide an accurate answer, because they don’t know how to check. With 2nd case: The firm and I got into an agreement through Solo suit, with the initially scheduled for first payment due on January 31st. The firm emailed them the final settlement for my review and signature, and on January 31st I didn’t have ANYTHING, not even an account number. I tried reaching out to the Customer Service Chat, just to get “the manager already went home it will have to wait until Monday”. I had to call the Firm MYSELF, ask for my account number and make a payment over the phone. The customer service from the Firm stated they sent the Settlement to Solo Suit weeks ago, and they didn’t even bothered to update my dashboard or upload the document. I sent an email to Solo Suit bringing the issue to their attention same Friday afternoon including that I already paid and to please send me the document. Monday afternoon, I get an email from Solo Suit that “they were able to settle for x amount and that they couldn’t verify the payment I made to the Firm”. I sent them a screenshot from my Bank Account reflecting the payment and I additionally sent them my Confirmation number of the payment. The genius behind the message told me “to contact them myself”. I called the Suing Firm to get confirmation of my payment, and the CSR felt extremely embarrassed to say “you shouldn’t be the one calling but the company who is supposed to be representing you”. SoloSuit wanted to act like if they were on top of my case when they clearly weren’t and on top of that, they are charging me $462 for a settlement I got myself. They couldn’t even bother into finalizing the matter and resolving the payment situation, they caused. If I had the information on time, I would have pay through SoloSuit and not directly to the Firm. I’m ending the services from my other case, and dealing personally with the Bank because I’m not willing to give another dime to this clowns. If you can settle directly with a Collection company or the other party yourself, just do it. This is the most unprofessional people EVER. The fun part: Their mediocrity is on paper as I have all the emails proving how incompetent they are. This a complete ripoff. Truly don’t bother spending your money on incompetent people

It was so easy to fill out the documents and they dismissed my case, excellent outcome and well worth it!

SOLO SUIT DID NOT FILE PAPERWORK WITH THE COURT, NOW THERE IS A DEFAULT JUDGEMENT. THIS COMPANY IS UNRELIABLE, DISHONEST, AND A SHAM! PLEASE HEED THE WARNING!

This company is very resourceful and many different ways. It’s also a great source of information on watching the videos. I would highly recommend it to anyone that is trying to do this themselves, but has a very good understanding of basic communication skills. I highly recommend.

Overall I am very happy with Solosuit for how easy it is, to file a response to a debt collector. Everything is step by step, easy to understand questions, It was nearly automated. Will always use Solosuit if it ever comes to needing them again.
