My experience with SoloSuit has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I initially looked into SoloSuit for help responding to an active lawsuit. After reviewing the service, I decided not to proceed. I did not pay SoloSuit, did not retain them as my attorney, and did not authorize them to represent me. Despite that, SoloSuit apparently took action concerning my lawsuit and communicated with the attorney representing the opposing side. When I repeatedly tried to get a straightforward explanation, I received automated responses telling me, essentially, to wait. It took numerous attempts before I finally received a substantive response. Even then, I was told they would review my account to determine what services, “if any,” had been initiated on my behalf. That wording is incredibly concerning. If I never retained or paid for the service, why was anything being initiated or communicated to opposing counsel? The website and user experience have also been extremely disappointing. Functionality is, at best, adequate. Navigation and account management are unnecessarily difficult, and trying to obtain help through the website feels like navigating a maze of automated systems rather than dealing with an actual support team. For a company dealing with people facing lawsuits, this level of communication and usability is unacceptable. These situations can have serious consequences, and customers should not have to fight through automated responses simply to understand what a company has done concerning their legal matter. I am still waiting for SoloSuit to provide a clear accounting of what it did, what it believes I authorized, and what it communicated to opposing counsel. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering this service to understand exactly what they are authorizing before proceeding.

I used SOLO Suit to help settle my debt since I couldn't get a response from the debt collector I owed, and the court date was creeping up quick, after several tries to get a lower rate I feel like they were working for the debt collector and not me, asked if i would be able to pay extra from time to time if i worked overtime, no way to pay extra or anything, full balance only, told them I could only afford to pay 350 a month well that's what they managed to get me, plus an additional 56.61 a month for there fees, thinking they were taking it from the 350 I told them i could afford nope so the bottom line I didn't save much of anything and feel like I got bent over I would not recommend them at all unless its a last resort

yah its good to get things taken care of. but it is impossible to use the website after you have everything set. it keeps making you open up a new settlement. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER, NO LIVE CHAT JUST A AI BOT THAT ONLY HELP IS PUTTING YOU ON THE HOME PAGE!

I paid Solosuit $67 to draft a reply to a debt complaint filed with the court and the Plaintiff's attorney. They automatically deny each item on the complaint without consulting with me first. I found this to be very odd. The next day, at 1:00 am, they charged $1,000 to my debit card for something I did not purchase. They wiped out my checking account and left me with a negative balance. This company is a total scam. Buyer beware.

At no point is this process transparent. You click links to find out you've been locked into an offer. I wanted to explore my options, but got locked into "acceptance" of offers just by clicking on options. The payment terms changed after signing. The autopayment gives you no options for payment. This website is deliberately confusing and devoid of links to check your progress, loads slowly, and takes you in roundabout loops. I ended up talking over email with customer service (I think? It might have been my representative?) and they were very nice and professional, but could not answer any basic questions, as they were "legal questions" to this highly legal process. It also took about a day to receive each response. In short, law stuff is scary, and this was supposed to be an easy route to help everyday people navigate legal woes - but it's predatory and deliberately confusing, just like anything in the legal world.

If I could give a zero I would. Do not use this service they will steal your money and not pay your debt. I owed $3032.27 to a hospital that wasn't even sending the bills to the right place they were sending them to the hospital and not my mailing address, but Solosuit didn't help. They didn't reach out and kept telling me, "I can't go a hold of the lawyer," This took forever and then at the end I ended up paying $3473.78. Do not use them I cannot stress this enough, the other reviews are lying. I paid that in August of 2025 and I just received another summons in June of 2026 that I haven't paid and still owe. On the website I looked and there is no way to find documentation that it was paid. This is gross and in a time when we are all suffering this is the grossest of all.

Received a debt collection letter on a closed business I used to own. I assumed it had merit and contacted the Solo site. They asked a few generic questions and then asked for a credit card and money to proceed. I declined and called the Attorney myself. He said he had already received a $6800 offer from Solo to settle the $8300 requested in the letter. All in the form of nice, easy monthly payments from me.I told the Attorney no. He then explained that the company he worked for never received a title for a vehicle. I had all the records showing I had registered it and perfected their lien with the State years ago! They had somehow lost it. I didn't owe the any money. I had never authorized Solo to do anything and they sent a bogus offer without even knowing the facts. Solo is generic low end ai designed to offer poor service and take your money.
