Good, probably not reliable as a last minute ditch effort.
Overall satisfied so far. There is definitely room for improvement. My major complaint is that they emphasize the importance of timeliness yet they do not inform you that the point of origin for the documents being sent is in Michigan. They should implement the ability to have options as to how it will be sent. I.g. local print and/or pick up options with instructions. At the very least inform us where its coming from! Thankfully I did not do this last minute or I very well would have been screwed. I will update stars upon successful completion of service.
