Seems to me like their information is going to support the highest bidder. They will say Or spin whatever information they have to serve their own purposes,misleading at best.DO NOT TRUST THEM

Was able to settle an agreement for free, but now they think that I have to pay them, rather I am doing it through an actual law firm. I even signed the settlement agreement as well through the law firm. I will not be paying $1300 dollars to this website when I am paying $125 a month for a $1087.00 debt to the law firm that purchased the debt.

On June 10, 2024, I purchased a Debt Answer Standard Package for $67.00 from solosuit.com (Receipt #1153-6021). The Standard Package description on solosuit.com states or guarantees delivery in six to eight days. Today is the eighth day, and my documents are still not delivered, now past the deadline. On June 10, 2024, Team Solosuit emailed me the following: “We’ll send you the tracking numbers for your documents when we mail them to the Court and opposing attorney.” Today is June 18, 2024, eight days after my purchase, and I still have not received any tracking information or a confirmation that solosuit.com sent or delivered my documents to the court or opposing party. Solosuit has failed to submit my documents to the opposing party and court on time, directly violating the Standard Package description. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against solosuit.com, asking for a full refund of my payment of $67.00 for failure to meet stated obligations. I have submitted my Answer to the plaintiff and court without the use of Solosuit.com. If solosuit.com refuses to refund me, I will ask for a stop-payment for the charge from my bank and leave a very unfavorable Google review for their business. On June 18, 2024, I called and emailed Solo Suit for a refund using the number and email address listed in their website. Unsurprisingly, the number went to a full voice mailbox and my email, double checked, came back as undeliverable. Of course! In any case, solosuit.com failed to meet its stated obligations for what I paid for. Please refund my payment immediately. Thank you!

Filed my answer and hired SoloSuit, even uploaded the fee form inside my email, Fast forward to 12 days gone by and I’m facing an automatic judgment. I get no response and my file has even been edited by an attorney. So far they haven’t filed or even seen fee waiver. I have three days to respond and they haven’t even posted my response, I should have gone with the lawyer, which is my first choice and not with this joke of a firm and I wouldn’t be facing an automatic judgment. Thanks for nothing SoloSuit.

Beyond unacceptable and bad service with no customer support to help. I would highly recommend steering clear from this service. On March 9th, 2024, I purchased their standard service, which states 1-8 business days. I'm fully aware of that, and I accepted that, as my response isn't due until mid April. At the end of day on Tuesday, March 12th, I followed up for information and an update, as I hadn't heard anything. At the end of day on Wednesday, March 13th, I followed up for information and an update, as I still hadn't heard anything. I finally received a simple and seemingly generic response at 1am this morning stating that my specialist had been "out of the office" and I would receive an update once they returned. I still have received no information or update from them.

I paid 67$ to Solosuit on Feb21st. Never got a tracking for the letter they were supposed to send it any updates. Court date was approaching and nothing. I ended up hiring a lawyer. Best thing I have done. I did not need to appear and in less than a week paying 0 dollars to the credit the case was resolved. The lawyer representation cost me 15% of the amount of my debt and they allowed me to pay in 2x. NOT recommended.
