I had to replace an aluminum track on my Sole E35 Elliptical. I ordered a replacement part and it showed up in an acceptable period of time, and appeared to be in good condition. I'll update if there's a problem installing it.

Parts arrived damaged and they refused to refund or ship new parts. I was told they filled their obligations to fill the order. Worst service and would not recommend.

Hello Beth, We are aware of your frustration and apologize that we were unable to do anything. When your order arrived damaged on 3/12/25, Instead of calling us, you called the shipper and had them send out replacement parts under the orders warranty. We apologize that you were confused about the warranty you activated and called us on 5/16/25 looking for a refund. We are unable to take back or refund on parts that have been installed and used for over 30 days.
