Was able to replace the wrong belt…
Was able to replace the wrong belt ordered and then replace the belt on the treadmill. After hours of work, finally was able to complete the task. So far it is working.

Parts shipped pretty quickly....problem…
Parts shipped pretty quickly....problem was that we ordered the wrong ring initially as you could not tell on the site which one I needed. So, I guessed and was wrong. Did not ship it back as the shipping was more than the cost of the ring. But the 2nd one fit well and is working.

I would’ve given 5 stars but I would…
I would’ve given 5 stars but I would have liked to been informed as to the progress of my shipment. I was informed that it had been processed but never heard anything after that. After days of wondering, I finally called and was told it was on its way. It showed up the next day
