Tread mill quit with error message. Found lower display cable severed by raising and lowering the tread mill deck. Installed new controller, lower display and rpm cable. Elevation with error message did not work.

Instructed that must buy housing with bearing and if experienced future cracked bearing then it could be ordered separate from housing? One bearing cracked again causing arm to slide off. Questioning if I received less than satisfactory advice? Believe that tolerance separation of arm attaching to front turning assembly may be cause? Both sides have different separations?

We'd have to know who you spoke to and more details on what you can recall as to tell if you had indeed received advice that wasn't up to par with our standards. I have not received my Control board as yet. I have tried to someone at 1-833-214-0334 on two different days and was not able to speak to anyone. Was directed to leave a voicemail and they would get back to me, I left my message stating I would like a to receive an email with the tracking number, or a call, which I have not received.(Wednesday 13th. & Friday 15th.). So far I haven’t heard from anyone.

I first ordered this part only to have my order cancelled because the part was backordered. I was playing phone tag with customer service reps who were trying to reach me but I gave up and re-ordered later. My part arrived quickly. However it's almost impossible to remove the original part - very frustrating. But I will say the process of ordering was easy and the replacement, which was cheap, came quickly.

Given the availabililty on the deck I needed, I would say that you did the best you could. The other parts came in a reasonable timeframe. The deck did not. As is the case with any order, once something is a problem, like my deck, it is important that someone hand-walk the order to make sure everything happens as best it can. It initially took my email/call to get some movement on the deck. After that it was handled well.

If I am seeing your order correctly, it appears you had ordered the parts for the area that installs to the flywheel of your elliptical. Am I correct to assume you actually needed the bushings that connect the two arms together, instead? This is absolutely an issue that can occur if descriptions of the area required are relayed over the phone or via email, without pictures sent showing the exact area in question. Everyone has a way of describing their issues and area needing fixed very differently than the next! Thank you for your review!
