We apologize for any frustration on this shipment. The order was placed on 10/1 and shipped same day. Looking at the tracking ups had a delay on 10/2 causing the shipment to be delayed one business day thus making two day into a 3 day. Due to this we will be issuing a partial refund on shipping. We again apologize for the delay with ups

We apologize for your experience with your bike. We are not a manufacturer of parts we only source and sell them. If you are having this many replacements in such a short period of time please contact your manufacturer directly to see if they have made an upgrade on your unit.

Hello Sir, We apologize for the confusion. You are correct, we are not Sole. We do not try to hide that fact.  We have put all measures required by Sole directly to show this. Sometimes our pricing is higher due to the recent changes done by the manufacturer. We are working on updating as we are able.

Unfortunately, due to having access to multiple vendors and not a direct link to inventory for any of them, we can not know what is out of stock beyond our own physical inventory and as such, we keep items listed as in stock until we know otherwise - typically only changing if we know of a heavy backorder or discontinuation, which we note. That is the state of most companies that drop ship as well as stock their own inventory, which allows access to more parts for customers, but also can fall short in always being accurate to what is and is not in stock. We greatly apologize for the inconvenience!

This is an automated reach out (the rating), but we do understand that frustration. I did look into your order and found this: Expected Delivery on Monday 14, July 2025. Your order was placed July 5th, just after the Holidays and backlog and we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. It was shipped that coming Monday, July 7th. All delay is that of the carrier and is out of our hands, but your items were shipped via the method you had chosen. We would greatly appreciate a revision on this now that you have more information! Thank you!
