Hello, We apologize that our notifications did not get to you in a timely manner. Upon searching your email we were only able to find an order for a crank arm with us. You may have ordered the pedal on another site . The crank was ordered 7/27/26 , shipped 7/28/26 and delivered 8/1/26. Let us know how we can be better

We apologize for your frustration on this order. We try to offer the best warranty we can. Most fitness equipment manufacturers only offer a 15-day electronic warranty and 30 days on everything else from the delivery date. We offer a 30 day on everything. This board was delivered mid-march 2026. Its unfortunately now 3 months past our warranty window. If you decided to move forward with a replacement, please call us back and we will work with you as best we can.

Hello, Please let us know how the correct cord works out

Response from SOLE FITNESS PARTSJul 2, 2026

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Before responding to this we have done a thorough investigation. It appears you had ordered off the incorrect unit via our website and this is why you have the wrong belt. We have noted that you had spoken after the fact to one of our trained technicians, provided your Serial Number which then lead us to the determination you had ordered off the wrong S77. We attempted to help you get the correct belt but you had chosen to just return the item instead. If you change your mind and also get the correct belt, please reach out to us! Thank you again and sorry for the inconvenience this has caused!

Hello, We do apologize for the delay. It does appear there is communication with you regarding the matter. Thank you for taking time to leave us a review, albeit, not the best of one!

Hello, We do not sell 1.9 oz bottles. We sell a clear 2 Oz bottle and a white tube, 1 Oz. We do see you placed an order through us, but based on what we are hearing, this doesn't seem to add up as all items we sell are as listed on the website, especially that of the lubrication. Have you contacted us via phone or email to address this? We see no record. It is very possible you were just shipped the wrong item, but we'd need to speak with you and get pictures to see. Feel free to reach out to us and tell us more. Thank you!
