Part still hasn’t arrived - Slow processing and Shipping
I am getting a review request and still have not received my order. Last status showed my order somewhere in Hawaii. It has taken weeks to fill this $2.99 order and now multiple weeks to ship. I was charged $8.00 to ship a $2.99 part from Ohio to Oregon via USPS and we are about 14 days from the date it shipped and it’s still not close to arriving. I ordered this part on August 12th and there was no communication that this part would not ship immediately. Maybe is can send a true review of the part when it actually arrives. I would ask that fitness parts warehouse take this survey seriously and a minimum, refund my shipping fee.

I have a Nordictrack Commercial 1750
I have a Nordictrack Commercial 1750. The incline was doing weird things. Gemini helped me to diagnose and customer service at Fitness Parts Warehouse verified the part # for the incline motor sensor and charged a fair price for shipping, unlike one of their competitors. The machine is up and running.

Return policy is lousy
Return policy is lousy. Part cost 17.00 plus. restocking fee is 20%. USPS charged 8.30 to mail part back. Should have just throwed the cord away.
