Pricing and availability was great. I got my item within days of ordering it. Very pleased with the whole process.

To be told this day and age that pricing alone was considered great is absolutely one of the most wonderful things to hear! We are glad everything went well and that it was received quickly. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review!

Item was exactly as described and arrived in 5 days. We received an email that the order was received and being processed but it would have been nice to have received an email indicating that it was shipped.

We apologize for this. We have been looking into the tracking issue and unless an invalid email address was entered, it is showing that it is being received to the inboxes. All we can think is that some of our emails are ending up in the spam folder. We are looking into this further. Thank you for your feedback! We look forward to assisting you in the future!

I just got off the phone with Chris after he returned my original phone call in a timely manner. Not only did Chris quickly verify that my order was being tracked and scheduled for delivery, but he also took the time to answer my technical questions I had about the exact part and issue I was having with my treadmill. Unfortunately customer service like this is a thing from the past and not common in this day and age where most customer service representatives in America barely even speak English and don’t even care in the slightest to help the customer. Highly recommend these guys for all your treadmill parts and service questions. Two thumbs up. Thank You Chris! God Bless

Speed adjuster switch. Needed a new switch, the price was right, fast shipping, and worked great after I installed it.

Had to give up my 2008 E55 because you no longer stocked the part that broke.

We are not the manufacturer. We find replacements where we can. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review!

The treadmill, ~250 lbs is a professional quality treadmill in our home. My wife and I have used it regularly for a few years now. The only maintenance we've had to do is reapply lubricant to the underside of the belt. It is a simple task and the instructions for it are clear . Also, adjusting the belt tension before and after lubrication is a cinch. Sole Fitness customer service is first rate.

We are glad to hear the machine is holding up and maintenance is simple! We are quite proud of the Sole products and the fact they are designed to be simple enough for most people to be able to fix and maintain them!

The replacement part for our Sole elliptical allowed us to get the exercise equipment working again. The only negative is that the part was back ordered and took a number of months for delivery.
Response from SOLE FITNESS PARTSApr 26, 2025
We are glad we were able to fulfill your order, despite it being backordered for an amount of time. Unfortunately, with so little options in terms of alternatives for some parts, we are stuck ordering from one place, primarily, and if they are out on their end, we have to wait for more to become available before receiving any. We appreciate your business and your review!
