I gave a rating of 4 out of 5 Start simply because the shipping/delivery was really slow. Otherwise I had a wonderful experience. My F63 treadmill failed. When started the unit would shut down after a few seconds. In trouble-shooting the unit I determined the controller board was defective. It would put out the correct DC voltage to the motor but there was also an AC components alone with the DC voltage. I talked with a gentlemen and he too felt the controller board was the problem. I received the new controller board and BOOM... everything worked like new.
