1.9 oz tube for a machine of its size? This was not the bottle on the web site I ordered. Looks like a free sample...scam

Hello, We do not sell 1.9 oz bottles. We sell a clear 2 Oz bottle and a white tube, 1 Oz. We do see you placed an order through us, but based on what we are hearing, this doesn't seem to add up as all items we sell are as listed on the website, especially that of the lubrication. Have you contacted us via phone or email to address this? We see no record. It is very possible you were just shipped the wrong item, but we'd need to speak with you and get pictures to see. Feel free to reach out to us and tell us more. Thank you!
