I was scheduled for a call at 11:40 AM. Ten minutes prior I receive a text telling me to stand by. At 12:00, I end up calling Solace and speaking with someone who can't explain why the call didn't occur or why I wasn't notified. I had tried to get advocacy for chronic pain and other issues, and was falling through the cracks of the medical system. Well, I found another "crack" in the damn system!

One of the benefits of our plan is a nurse advocate- in my husbands case, Madison Miller has proven to be an outstanding part of our care team! She is professional, kind and always offers support- if she doesn’t have the answer she finds it! She is a trusted resource always offering help and guidance.

I have a friendly, supportive, knowledgeable medical advocate from Solace.She is so cheerful and helpful and always lifts my mood after speaking with her.I suffer from a long list of ailments and depression and she always seems to have the answer to any questions I may have.I really did the right thing when I turned to Solace for help.I can't even list all the things Lyn has helped me with.She has found me great, caring doctors to go to for some of my ailments,she always contacts me when I reach out to her.She has just become like a best friend with an outstretched hand whenever I am struggling to solve problems or just need a friendly voice on one of my dark days.I am so blessed to have this lady for my medical advocate.

This organization assists with an important service for those of us who needs assistance during our health journey. They perform a vital role by being an advocate or laison with your individual healthcare needs. Everyone I have spoken with has been extremely helpful, well trained and respectful. This review would be incomplete without feedback of my personal advocate- Yarisel. Yarisel has been perfect for my needs during my healthcare journey. When there is a need to change or add to the team of doctors or guidance towards any other healthcare needs I trust her because they're HIPA compliant.

Danay is just spectacular. She has helped me in every avenue of my life. I am so glad I found Solace. I wish I had found them so much sooner. Keep up the good work!
